Tues 9/11/12

breakfast- not enough food; tea and water; tomato and salami
lunch- steamed cauliflower, steamed green beans, venezuelan stew
snack- cheese and crackers with jam
dinner- greek goddess salad with a couple (7 chips)
water- 5 cups
exercise- 1 hr
